This is truly a unique marketing plan. Why only three facilities per city, because ninety-nine percent of private pay clients seeking a facility prefer to visit two or three facilities before making their decision. This also ensures your facility will be seen ninety-nine percent of the time. Now you're only competing with two other facilities in your city instead of ten, twenty, thirty or more. Here's how it works

First, we build your directory in order to show your facility on our website. Once that is complete there are two ways your facility can receive referrals from Carewatchers. The first is from your directory listing. We call this type a direct referral. The second referral type is a community referral. Carewatchers sends all three exclusive facilities the referrals which come from our website or from other referral participants such as hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes or other community organizations.

In the second referral type, Carewatchers qualifies all client leads. Such qualified information consists of the medical diagnosis, social needs and financial status. If this information fits your facility requirements, Carewatchers submits the information along with contact information to all three exclusive facilities for their review.

Here's the catch

If your facility currently has enforcement letters from the Department of Social Services for abuse or neglect, you do not qualify for this service. Your facility must be in good standing for providing quality care and protecting resident's rights.

Carewatchers provides your facility a web presence by adding your facility to our online directory with a link to your website if you have one. Plan Two is for the small facility who are just starting out with a small budget and has a vacancy from time to time or understands exposure is the way to fill vacancies. Plan two is an excellent way to attract new clients for a small yearly fee instead of paying high agency fees.

For small or large facilities, the cost is $120.00 per year, with no set up fee. Your listing will show in our directory in 24 hours.
