Plan two is a placement & referral program, meaning you do pay Carewatchers a fee when we bring or refer you a client. Plan three is also a placement & referral program, however you do not pay Carewatchers a fee when we bring or refer you a client (see below). All three plans are different and were designed to be affordable and effective in helping you fill your vacancies. Choose the plan that best fits your budget and start today. Plan One $250.00 First Year
Plan one offers directory advertising and provides your adult family home (afh) with a web page. Your adult family home will be listed in our directory by state, county and city. Your web page will describe your facility and provide eight photos to show your facility. Just email us eight photos to webdesign@carewatchers.org. (see sample webpage below) Your adult family home listing and web page will show in our online directory for one year. Your listing and web page will be removed from our website at the end of one year unless you renew. Your renewal fee will be $150.00 for a year. Plan one is a non-agency plan and you do not pay Carewatchers a fee when you receive a client from your directory listing or web page. You may upgrade at any time to plan 2 or 3 by paying the difference in plans.

Plan Two Placement and Referral 20% Referral Fee $350.00 First Year
Plan two is an agency plan that offers directory advertising and provides your adult family home (afh) with a web page. Your adult family home will be listed in our directory by state, county and city. Your web page will describe your facility and provide eight photos to show your facility. Your adult family home listing and web page will show online for one year. Your listing and web page will be removed from our website at the end of one year, unless you renew. Your renewal fee will be $250.00 per year after the first year.
Carewatchers will take all calls from your directory listing and web page. Carewatchers will set up an appointment with you and the potential client to show your facility. When Carewatchers brings the adult family home (provider) a private pay client, the adult family home will pay Carewatchers 20% of the client's first month’s fee on the 5th day of the fourth month. The 20% fee is on a per client basis. Carewatchers discloses to client (resident) that the provider pays Carewatchers 20% of the first month’s fee. Provider is responsible for the cost of residents' assessment. No fee is paid to Carewatchers when Carewatchers refers or brings a Medicaid client. In the event the resident is not under the care of the provider on the 5th day of the fourth month due to transfer or death, provider does not pay Carewatchers the 20% fee. You may upgrade at any time to plan 3 by paying the difference in plans.

Plan Three Placement and Referral No Referral Fee $475.00 First Year
Plan three is an agency plan that has NO Referral Fee it also offers directory advertising and provides your adult family home (afh) with a web page. Your adult family home will be listed in our directory by state, county and city. Your web page will describe your facility and provide eight photos to show your facility. Your adult family home listing and web page will show online for one year. Your listing and web page will be removed from our website at the end of one year, unless you renew. Your renewal fee will be $350.00 per year after the first year.
Carewatchers will take all calls from your directory listing and web page. Carewatchers will set up an appointment with you and the potential client to show your facility. Carewatchers does not charge the adult family home (provider) or Client (resident) a placement or referral fee. When Carewatchers brings or refers the adult family home (provider) a private pay or Medicaid client, the adult family home will not pay Carewatchers a placement or referral fee; nor does the client (resident) pay Carewatchers a placement or referral fee. Provider and/or Client are responsible for the cost of residents' assessment.
